Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 2 cups millet flour


  • 1 cups chopped fenugreek


  • 1/2 cups curd


  • 1 tsp ginger paste


  • 1 tsp garlic paste


  • garlic paste 1 1/2 tsp


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp carrom seeds


  • 1 tsp sesmee seeds


  • 1/2 tsp turmaric powder


  • 2 cups oil for fry


  • 1/2 cups plain curd 1/8 teaspoon salt


  • 1 tsp pomegranate seeds

Directions

  • In a mixing bowl add millet flour,chopped fenugreek leaves,salt,curd,ginger,chilly,garlic paste,turmeric powder,carrom seeds,sesmee seeds
  • Mix well and required water and make tight daugh
  • Cover and put for 8 hours
  • Then make small sized tikki from daugh
  • In a pan add oil,heat it and deep fry all tikkies on low flame till crispy
  • In a bowl add curd,salt,and pomegranate seeds mix well
  • Serve fritters with pomegranate raita
